Ok, not really! My Mom wants to know, if she starts a Bible Study Blog would any other puddins want to do it with her? Woofies too! Or Bunnies or whoever!! She's got the template set up if you want to go look but she doesn't have a book picked out yet. If you would be interested in doing the study leave a message & please, Mom wants suggestions for which book to study! So anyway, go check it out & if interested leave a message. Happy Purrthday Christopher!!!

Today is my youngest human brother's purrthday! He's 8 whole years old! I really miss him. Here is a note from my Mom.......Happy Birthday Christopher!

Christopher,
My baby. I love you with all my heart son. I only wish I could truly tell you how much. I wish you were here today so I could sit down with you & go through all the old pictures, like this one. Your sonogram pictures, so cute before you were even born. Watch you grow all over again, see your wobbly legs as you learned to walk. The look on your little face as you grinned at me around your paci. Seeing you playing with your brothers & then fighting with them once you learned to talk too!!

But you aren't here, so I'll go through them alone. Oh, how I miss you. Holding you in my arms, feeling your arms tighten around my neck when you give me a hug & a kiss on my cheek. How I miss hearing the sound of your voice, telling me you want to watch Monsters Incorporated AGAIN!! How I long to once again see your eyes light up when I walk into the room & hear you tell me that you love me .

We don't get to see you or even talk with you like we would like to. And that breaks my heart. I don't understand why things have to be the way they are, but you seem to be happy & that's what I want, your happiness. I only hope one day things are clearer & you will come here for good.

Remember Christopher, always, that I love you more than life itself & I would do anything for you. Please call or write if you need anything at all. And remember too, you can always come here. I miss you, I love you.

Sick & tired

Mom & my human brother Jeremy have been sick so I haven't been able to blog cause I've had to snuggle with them so they will get better. Mom seems to be on the road to recovery while Jeremy missed school for a Dr. appointment today. No school tomorrow either. He has bronchitis. He's not too upset about it but Mom would appreciate it if everybody would remember him in their purrayers. Well, I'm off to cuddle with someone...a puddie's work is never done!! BTW, tomorrow is my middle human brother's purrthday, stop by & say happy b-day, but it's gonna be a sad post.....just a warning in advance!!

Sleeping with the Enemy

I'm actually sleeping with my Dad but "sleeping with my Dad" was just a bad title!! And he is kinda the enemy, when I want attention from Mom & he's takin' it all.....

TV BOXES

My human brothers got a new tv for their room over the weekend. (*) Mom has been reading about all the kitties who like new boxes, so she decided to put me in it.


As you can tell, I was not thrilled. I keep telling her I just don't like boxes like other kitties. I've GOT to be able to see what's going on.


Now THIS, this is MUCH better!


And the fact that I got up here all by myself (no human put me here) has nothing to do with my happiness!

* Mom & Dad got the new tv because there was not enough room for the tv that was in there & the computer that was given to my brothers. This tv has a pc hookup, so they don't need the monitor. They went to ::big electronics store:: to get it, haggled over the price, which model...blah, blah, blah. When they brought out the tv Mom & Dad realized, there is no cable to hook it to the computer. So, they buy the tv which has a pc hook up but no cable & have to go to Staples to get it. SSSOOO, reason for sharing this, IF you ever decide to get a tv with a pc hook up, make sure you get the cable!

Well, Dad am all happy...Timmy am all happy, Mom am all . Congratulations to Dad & Timmy.
In my last post I said Mom & I didn't have anything against Tony Stewart...I was wrong! After booting Jimmy Johnson out of the way he went on to take 2nd place & the lead in the points championship. Jimmy finished 3rd & he's now 2nd, 15 points back in the championship. BBBOOOOOO Tony!!! HISS! Scratch! Bite!


Update: Mom just found out that these guys lost their game too. Mom is very sad. This is not a good weekend for her....Please send lotsa purrs for her. She needs more than I can give.....

COLD & WET

I'm not talking about woofie noses either. I'm talking about the weather. It bites.

See here, Mom tucked me in the bed covers nice & tight. She's such a good Mommie. She's all worried about me cause I keep sneezing. If it gets me this kind of treatment I'll keep doing it!!


I'm gonna take a nap for awhile now.


I woke up & THIS thing was in the living room. I sniffed & sniffed at it but still couldn't figure out what it was.


Mom, what is it already? An umbrella? It keeps you dry in the rain? Uh-oh, it's not gonna rain in the house is it?


I think I'll lay under here anyway, just to be on the safe side!!

HAPPY & SAD

Mom am all sad & stuff cause these birds here didn't win a game. I don't know why Mom is rooting for birds...unless it's to get me back for the bird in the house???? But that can't be it cause my Dad roots for some birds too. What's wrong with these people?!?!?!

Oh. He looks a lot like those turkeys that were in the front yard!! I wonder what he tastes like?

A BIRDIE STORY

Well, there's not much going on around here. It's getting cold so there aren't as many buggies or other animals to talk about. I asked Mom what I should post about, she suggested I tell you about the bird I caught. You see me covering my face in shame?

I was outside one evening hanging out in the sunny patch on the back porch when I noticed this little brown birdie. Well, me being a cat & all, seeing this bird just sent chills all over my little body & I decided to see if I could catch it.

I stalked the birdie for a while & it kept flying close to me & then away....teasing me. Well, I taught him, one time he got a little too close & I grabbed him!! I couldn't believe I got it, me, with no claws in the front.

Now that I had him I knew I needed to get him in the house so Mom could see. So in we went, through the cat door. Mom saw me coming & she couldn't tell what I had so she came real close to me. I thought I was in trouble & I let the birdie go.

He flew all over the house. In the living room, in my brother's room, where it pooped on the bed, & finally came to a stop on top of the curtains in Mom & Dad's room, where it pooped. While the birdie was flying all over my Dad was chasin' it with a towel. He finally got it when it landed in their room.

After all I went through to catch it & after all Dad went through to catch it, do you know what they did.........THEY LET IT GO!!!! Yep, they put it outside & it flew away. I was in big trouble there for a while. Good thing they don't hold a grudge.

Bet it will be a long time before that birdie flys near another kitty.

A baby!?!?!?!

Anyway, the reason they're back is....they're gonna have a baby!!! No, not THEM silly!! Their Mom & Dad. My aunt Kelly & uncle Greg are having a little human. They say it's due on May 20th. Mom says they have to wait till May 29th cause that's her purrthday.

Jimmy Does It Again!!

This was the best part of Mom's weekend. This was his 4th win in a row at Lowe's Motor Speedway!!! He calls it HIS HOUSE. Mom & I agree! He is now tied for the points championship with Tony Stewart, who we have nothing against, but , BBBOOO anyway! Mom is so happy.

This however was the best part of MY weekend! Every Saturday morning I get my stinky goodness!!! Oh, it is SSSOOO good! I had veal cutlets in gravy this time. Oh, don't tell Mom but this is even better than Jimmy winning......

FINALLY!!!

My Mom called the doctor back this morning & the nurse said, sorry still not here. :(
Well, about an hour ago she called back & said that after Mom called she did some checking & guess what....Scooby, Shaggy, & Scout, in my comments yesterday you said "They lost it & won't admit it." I said probably. Well, THEY HAD!!! She found her results & everything is fine. This waiting for the last two weeks was unnecessary. I wanted to climb through the phone & bite them but Mom was so happy she didn't complain or anything. She just hung up, scooped me off the floor & did a little dance, which hurt her knee.......shoulda known better Mom!!!

Mom says THANK YOU so much to everyone for all the prayers, kind thoughts, And advice that has been offered throughout this ordeal. She truly appreciates it! And thank you God, for answering those prayers, that in Mom's case bordered on begging!!!

So anyway, party at my house tonight. See, I've already got all my nip-filled mousies ready to go!! I'd invite you but Mom says most of you can't go outside to use the potty & there's no litter box. Sorry!!!

See this was just supposed to be a normal check up for my Mom but then her female test came back abnormal. Since then she has gone in for another one & is STILL waiting for the results. It's funny I decided to do this today cause I just looked at the date on the post & it was on the 12th of August. Weird! ( And ridiculous that she still doesn't know anything after 2 months.)

Lazy Days

It's raining outside. I can't go play. I'm bored. This bites!!! Thank you to everyone who stopped by to tell my brother happy birthday. He really enjoyed that! He had a good birthday, got all kinds of stuff he didn't need & I got to play in all the boxes & papers & OH BOY, twist ties!! Gotta go!!

Happy Birthday son. I love you more than life itself & I hope you never doubt that, not even for a minute. There were so many things I wanted to do with you & show you & teach you, before now. Time has gone by so fast. Too fast. I hope that this coming year we can do better, maybe I can do those things with you. There is so much that I want to say & for once I can't find the words. I guess that's how much you mean to me, you make me speechless. I love you.

Mommie Tricked Me!!!

Mommie went outside a little while ago & I went with her. We were looking for the bunnies so we could put pictures of them on here. Well, we didn't get pictures of them, instead, Mom took pictures of ME when I realized it was drizzling. See me trying to get the rain off?


Well, it didn't work, so I'm going inside! She can stay out here & get wet if she wants.
