Well, everyone is doing this so I figured I would to. The objective is, you go into your archives, & find your 23rd post. Then find the fifth sentence in the post & put it in this post. I have seen this on so many blogs that I couldn't even begin to tell you where I first saw it!
My 23rd post which can be seen HERE is what started my Mom's horrible doctor journey. The fifth sentence is..... They might decide they want my blood too!
See this was just supposed to be a normal check up for my Mom but then her female test came back abnormal. Since then she has gone in for another one & is STILL waiting for the results. It's funny I decided to do this today cause I just looked at the date on the post & it was on the 12th of August. Weird! ( And ridiculous that she still doesn't know anything after 2 months.)

Oh please tell your mom not to worry too much.
I had an abnormal test once, agonized for three months while I waited for the next one and then went in only to be told that the tests are so sensitive that 90% of the "abnormal" results are actually totally normal- It's the second test that narrows it down. Ugh.
Good luck! I'm sure everything will be fine.
And Michele sent me.
You STILL don't know anything?! That's crazy! I'd be making a complaint to somebody...TODAY! That's the first I've seen about the 5th sentence of the 23rd post.
Strange.
Lucinda,
Thanks for coming & for the advice.
Beau,
NOTHING!! I've called twice since I had it done. NOTHING!!
Oreo-
They lost it & won't admit it? Mom had an abnormal once too. But all was well. Only took 2 weeks for hers to come back....She had a wierd mammogram too, but it was her 1st one & they didn't know what was normal or not having nothing to compare to.
S, S, & S,
HEHEHE Probably!! My Mom had an abnormal one one other time. After my middle oldest brother was born. It was fine the second time too, they just did it too soon. This time though, the dr didn't say, oh, it's probably ok, like the other time. This dr went into all kinds of treatment options & stuff like that. That's why Mom is so worried.
Oreo;
Regarding the meme, I've seen that too & forgot all about it till you brought it up here. My line is "Nothing gets past me!" Darn right...it should be my motto. -Scooby
Scooby,
HEHEHE Mine too!!
Oh Oreo, your poor mommy! If they have kept her waiting for two months, she should start calling every day and getting mad at them. If they still don't do anything, then she should file a complaint with her insurance company. My mommy did that once when a doctor told her not to come in for her cough, just to take Robitussin and she ended up with acute bronchitis. Maybe your mommy should also just go to another doctor, poor thing!
Heheh, the word verification wants me to type "uprgub"!!!
Indy,
Yeah, she's had a rough time of it lately. Hasn't been sure what to do or where to turn.
I hate the word verification, but it's necessary. Sometimes it says funny stuff though. I had one once, no joke, "farmpu"!!
Oreo,
Your mom needs a kitty hug and then she needs to listen to the folks who say she should call the doctor's office every day until she gets an answer. Two months is a ridiculous amount of time to have to wait. She needs answers and she needs the information Now-ow...kinda like meow. In fact, I want you to look her right in the eye and say "Now-ow" until she gets on that phone and gets some answers. You are a wise kitty and I know you can do that.
Mine is: "When I got bored, I jumped on top of the desk and began a serious attack on the laces of her shoes." Pretty silly, huh?
My mom wonders if your mom is part of an HMO or PPO. There's got to be someone like a health care advocate who can intervene and get this cleared up for her once and for all. Because this just isn't right.
Oreo,
Tell my Aunt to get her behind on the phone. She needs to find out what is going on. We are all worried 'bout her and want her to be well (and happy) again. TTYL :)
