Mother's Day....Early
I broughted Momma an early Mother's Day gift. She said..."Oh Oreo." in this sad little voice. I don't know why.
Then she said that she isn't sure he's gonna make it.
Make what?
She says he's about as close as you can get.
To what?
Do you guys remember back before Christmas, when I gotted mine Mom a purresent? (CLICKY to read again.) She didn't appreciate that one either. I'm gonna stop getting her purresents if she doesn't start appreciating me more!
(Oreo's Mom says: I'm beginning to think Oreo understands the concept of holidays. My birthday & our anniversary are coming up at the end of the month, if we get dead or semi-dead animals a few days before,I guess I'll know for sure.)
Happy Mother's Day effurrybody!!!
UPDATE:: The bunny did not make it. He haded to go to the Rainbow Bridge.............

Good hunting Oreo. That looks like a baby bunny thats you caughted.
I can't get outside to catch our bunnies for mum.
Oreo, ::sniffsniff:: I am not on your links any more. Didded you lose me?
Mum says good job on the rabbit. She sort of likes them, or likes the ones that don't eats her plants outside and kills them.
That is one heck of a present, Oreo! Good work! I don't understand why our human pets don't appreciate our presents. Maybe we should just completely forego the presents and see what they do. I bet they wouldn't like it one bit!
Oh, did you catch that bunny for real? Is it going to go to Rabbit Rainbow Bridge? It looks kind of in a sad way. Let us know.....You are a good kitty to think of your Mom on Mother's Day. Maybe she would have liked a mouse better!

It's nice that you remember to get your humans gifts. You are a kind kitty. That picture made momma very sad. Let us know if the bunny makes it.
Wow, Oreo, that's a big catch. I only catched my toys so far, but I chased a spider up the wall last night! I almost had it, but it kept goin up too high.
I put pictures of a bunny in my photoblog today also, Oreo, but mine is still alive. Oddly enough, I like them better that way--but I admire a good hunting cat too. :-)
Oh dear. You are a very good hunter but mums seem to get upset by this sort of thing...
You had to be quick to catch him Oreo!
Oh, poor baby bun. I think baby bun is going to the Rainbow Bridge. Oreo, please, if that happens, have a nice funeral for the bun.
The idea was nice for your mama, but this bun is sick, and I have a feeling your mama can't make it well.
Sleep well, bun, if you must!
Oh, poor bun. Oreo, perhaps you should stick to killing spiders and such for your Momma.
Happy Mother's Day, Oreo's Mom.
Happy Mother's Day Oreo's Mom!
Humans just don't understand what is in a hunter's heart. Be patient with her and maybe, no more presents would be a good idea.
That's a nice purresent, Oreo, but it maded our Mom sad, too. We can't catch things (other than maybe bugs) for our Mom, but our Aunt Tippy and Uncle Rusty (Grandma's kitties) have caught buns and sometimes Rusty even gets a snake (they're not big like that one you were goin' after, though)!
Good job!
Surey your Mom appreciates it, at least on some level.
Mine wouldn't, but ya know how she is...
Wow! You're good at brinin your Mom purresents. I just make Mom go to the store for Grandma's purresents and vice versa. Maybe you should try that if your Mom doesn't preciate it proper. Sometimes beans just don't get it.
:-(
You meant well, we know. You're trying to pay your mom back for all the times she's fed you!
I'm not allowed outside so I've never hunted a bun, baby or ofurrwise. You must be faster than lightning to have caught one!

Moms don't usually appreciate dead things. (sigh)
Oreo, our mom doesn't like our purrsents either! We work hard to catch things for her and she won't even smile and say thank you. Next time Oreo bring your purrsent to me and I will give you a kiss.

Oh dear, poor bun. But you meant well. Happy Mother's day, Oreo's Mom!
That is ingratitude of the hightest magnitude. ~Merlin, Shadow, Ko KO
