Hi Oreo's Mommy!

You know, my mommy had her thyroid removed (or just rendered done-for)with a radioactive pill when I was 25 - and she was 55. She had a hysterectomy when I was 3, and they knew this. Why does this matter? Because when they gave her the pill, they ran through a long list of cautions - and the very first one was "don't get pregnant!" It sure gave her a laugh in the midst of the graves disease-induced tension.

I'm sorry you've been going through so much turmoil lately. You will continue to be in my prayers!

Oh, and if you would like to see a pic of my Gus cat, just head over to my place. I posted a photo tour of our home and he is in the picture of the fireplace. It's small, but at least you'll get to see his color and attitude...

Oh, and Geekwif came to visit me. Aren't friends the most wonderful thing?

Oreo, go get your mother. No, now, don't be a kitty about this--go get her now. Thank you.

Oreo's mommy. I'm glad to hear that it doesn't "look" cancerous. I know you are likely going crazy with worry, but please know that I am still thinking about you. It makes me feel good that they told you it doesn't look cancerous, because they normally don't throw that kind of verification around lighty. Good luck, girl!
