My own door

Here I am in front of my "I will come & go as I please, I need no human door". It is also good for gathering up the sun & spilling it all over this rug.

Yes - Velvet and Arty often 'guard' their catflap - or use it as a little window on the world.

I envy you. Mama doesn't let me out. I did get out once for a whole week (in and out) by making a kitty hole in the window screen. Mama was not happy when she found that....

Neat door, Oreo! Do yoy hafta keep other *critters* from invading? When our mom was little, a racoon walked straight into the kitchen!

Have you looked in a mirror? Do you know you would look the same cuz you are marked perfectly. Mom says Mittens looks like a different cat in the mirror, she doesnt say anything about how I look.....

We cant go outside, so we will NEVER get a door!!

i have one of those catdoors too! actually, two. one leads to the condo and is open allll the time (except at bedtime) and the other to the big yard, but that's closed most of the time. i bet yours is open all the time 'cause you go potty in the woods.

Uh-oh. That's the human's way of hinting to "take a hike". Just ignore them and stay put, Oreo. The living is easier in the house.

I bet it feels good there too! We can't have one where we live, but mom wouldn't let me anyway. My cousin Smokey has one but other critters get in as well and eat his food. I wouldn't like that.

Oreo, you are a beautiful kitty who takes wonderful pictures and I can't tell you how much I enjoy coming here and reading your stories and seeing your face.

Oreo's mom, thank you for allowing Oreo to share with all of us, this blog is one of my favourite reads of all time.

my mummy did contemplate a cat flap once but wonders, while it lets us go in and out as we please. how does your mummy keep stray cats from coming in?
