Does everybody remember this guy from one of my earliest posts?Ok, Well, I was outside yesterday & I found this guy.
According to http://www.whatsthatbug.com/ they are Hercules or Unicorn or Rinocerous beetles. I guess silly humans couldn't settle on one name for them! Anyway, I thought he was neat & I thought there might be some puddies out there who would like this site with all kinds of buggie information on it!

Yeah, I don't know about you but I LOVE country living! Lot's of bugs & animals to post about. That 266 miles & 4 1'2 hours is a lot of walkin on a kittie's paws!

oreo, they just look nasty. give me your flutterby anytime. oh, and my Mom is not happy. you got her thinkin' about oreo cookies with your name story, she was even singin' that song. and when she went to the store last night they had "buy two for the price of one" so she did. she said her pants feel tight now....
Oh Edsel, I'm sorry! I didn't mean to make your Mom crave cookies!! Oreo's are like drugs, you gotta be like my Mom, just say no!! And she says no! to this Oreo quite a bit.......

Isn't that a neat site? My mom found that awhile back and we found out that the spotted bug I really liked is a cottonwood borer--not very good for our area (we have lots of cottonwoods) but I sure thought he was cute bug anyway!

Oreo, no I didn't put the bug site on my blog...and my mom being about a hundred and all can't remember where she found out about it either. Seems she found it on a blog, too, but who knows where.

I know what you mean, my Mom is 30 (so in cat years that's like 500 right???), & she can't remember nothing either. Like for example where she put that tube of kitty crack that came with my new mousie.......
